Buyer’s checklist

Six questions to ask any vending machine supplier

  1. Who builds it? Ask whether the supplier makes the machine or imports it, and where spare parts come from. Ours are designed and assembled in Gurugram.
  2. How do people pay? UPI QR should be the fastest path on screen, with cards and wallets for offices and hospitals.
  3. Can you see it remotely? Live stock, sales and faults on your phone, and price changes without visiting the machine.
  4. What happens when a vend fails? The money should go back to the same UPI account or card automatically.
  5. Will they help with the rules? FSSAI, Legal Metrology (MRP) and GST. A good supplier knows what applies to what you sell.
  6. Who fixes it, and how fast? Ask about technician coverage in your city and get warranty terms in writing.

How people pay
Most shoppers in India pay by scanning a UPI QR code, so UPI should be the fastest path on screen. Cards matter in corporate sites and hospitals; closed-loop wallets suit subsidised canteens and campuses. Failed vends are refunded automatically to the same account.
FSSAI registration or licence
Anyone selling packaged food or drinks needs FSSAI basic registration or a state/central licence depending on turnover. Display the licence number on the machine.
Legal Metrology (MRP)
Packaged products must carry MRP and mandatory declarations and can’t be sold above MRP, including through a vending machine.
GST
Machines are billed with GST. Operators register for GST once they cross the threshold and invoice products at their own GST rates.
Power, heat and dust
Machines run on standard 230 V, 50 Hz supply; a stabiliser or UPS helps where voltage drops. Chilled machines in non-AC corridors and canteens need ventilation clearance and regular condenser cleaning.
Permission from the site
Get written permission from the site owner (office, hospital, metro authority), plus Shops and Establishments registration where your state requires it.

Questions buyers ask us

How much does a vending machine cost in India?
Most projects fall between ₹1 lakh and ₹5 lakh per machine before GST, depending on capacity, cooling, screen size and branding. Tell us about your site and we will send a recommendation and a price range within 12 hours.
Can I rent or lease instead of buying?
Yes. Rental and lease options are available for most models, and venues can host a machine on a revenue-share basis. We will suggest the right model for your site.
Where does the money go?
Payments settle to your own merchant account once payment-gateway onboarding is done, which usually takes one to two weeks.
What if a product doesn’t drop?
The machine detects failed vends and the refund is triggered automatically to the same UPI account or card.
Does the machine need internet?
Yes, for UPI and live reporting. Touchscreen machines keep selling through short network drops and sync when the connection is back.
Can the machine carry my brand?
Yes. We wrap the full cabinet and theme the screen at the factory, from a single machine to a fleet.
What warranty and support do I get?
A one-year hardware warranty, remote support and training. Installation and service teams cover cities across India, with remote diagnostics on every machine.
Do you work with government buyers and tenders?
Yes. We supply and maintain machines for public-sector and government sites, including through tenders and service contracts.
